The collective consciousness (“collective” in the following) is of the little self/ego. It is not of the higher self/soul. The higher self is the observer of the collective, but not of it.
We each have a manifestation bubble (the “Bubble”) and all that we say, do, be, have—as little selves—is done within the confines of the Bubble. All our identities, how much we acquire, who we associate with—is determined by the boundaries and constraints of the Bubble.

More has evolved on manifesting and what is involved. Be sure to re-read #25 — How to Manifest—Really! and especially the Basic Tenets section. What has evolved is the observation that manifesting is the Universe playing with delight, wonder, and awe. If I fully embrace that everything already exists, and exists within my field, then the miraculousness of it is not that it happened, but how it happened. I do that through my interpretation of what I receive predominantly from seeing you, hearing you, smelling you, touching you—maybe in some sense tasting you.
